I have worked with David three times. The first was in early 1994, again in 1997 and most recently beginning in February 2008. I have found Davids services, from the initial interview and resume preparation through the search process, to be highly effective. In both 1994 and 1997 I found a new position within four months of initiating the search process. Had not the market crashed in September of last year the results would have been the same as I had several excellent opportunities that pulled back after the crash.
I believe that one of the things that make his approach work is the initial interview with David. He puts you through a rigorous process to define what you want to do next as well as reshape your resume to accurately reflect the current market buzz words and put you in a position to be noticed. In fact each time I have found this interview to be more challenging than the actual job interviews. Another benefit is that David is always available during the process. You get what you pay for – I choose to travel in a BMW and when I fly I turn left when boarding the aircraft. In other words, they are not for everyone. They are probably the best in the business. Ask to speak with their clients – only firm that does this.

A member of my networking group (www.stewartgroupassociates.com) asked about your services specifically. Since I have no personal experience, I asked my network (2000+ CXOs).
All reports were positive from people that had actually used your services. Some “nay sayers” warned against using any marketing service to find jobs but on follow-up they had not used any service and were only voicing general opinions. Probably a result of hearsay from people they know that used SAS, Haldane, McKinsey Scott; etc.
There were no negative reports about your service. In fact, members reported that your service makes more sense than any of the other services they know about.
